Theresa May’s rebuke came after The Archbishop of York had boldly criticised Cadburys UK…
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Dr John Sentamu accused the chocolate giant of “spitting on the grave” of its religious founder by removing references to Easter from the the spring event it runs nationwide.

Many strong objections have been heard after it had emerged that this year’s Easter campaign, in conjunction with the National Trust, was going to be called the “Cadbury’s Great British Egg Hunt”.
The Church of England has accused the National Trust of “airbrushing faith” after it dropped the word “Easter” from its annual Easter egg hunt.
Even Jeremy Corbyn spoke out questioning “Why should they be Cadbury, rather than Easter eggs?”
“I’m a member of the national trust and I will be buying an Easter egg for my grandson.”
Asked whether he agreed with Theresa May, the Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn said:
“It upsets me as well, because I don’t see why Cadbury should take over the name, because that’s what it’s done, it’s commercialisation gone a bit too far.”
The annual event, which sees hundreds of thousands of children search for chocolate eggs at National Trust properties, has been rebranded to exclude Easter for the first time in 10 years.
The National Trust said that suggestions it was downplaying the significance of Easter were “nonsense” while the chocolate firm dismissed the Archbishop’s claim as “simply not true”.
However, Easter has been dropped from the name.

Cadbury’s website makes reference to Easter in relation to the hunt in several places, but the word does not feature on the logo for the event.
Cadburys said it has been putting Easter on its advertising and the criticisms are lies.
– Oh Yes – that is why there has been a Storm of Protest on the Cadburys website over the past week… and before they deny that – it has been reported in the News.
The 1pm BBC NEWS on 4 Apr 2017 reported that after Theresa May’s intervention, the National Trust has now amended its website & advertising for the annual Egg Hunt to include the word ‘Easter’.

CADBURYS is now just a trade name
The press need to point out that CADBURYS is merely a Trade Name now – it is Halal Certified MONDELEZ who have been put in charge (by KRAFT) of manufacturing… so we should not be surprised that EASTER is being downplayed – Note the creators of Cadburys were Quakers who are deeply religious with respect to Christian belief – Meanwhile, a descendant of John Cadbury, a Non-believer Esther McConnell tweeted: “I’m sure John Cadbury (my g. g. g. g. grandfather) is not spinning in his grave.”

Cadburys was bought by KRAFT in 2010
Kraft launched a formal, hostile bid for Cadbury valuing the firm at £9.8 billion on 9 November 2009.
On 19 January 2010, it was announced that Cadbury and Kraft Foods had reached a deal and that Kraft would purchase Cadbury for £8.40 per share, valuing Cadbury at £11.5bn (US$18.9bn).

It is astounding that CADBURYS UK are denying Mondelez management of production when there are so many links to proof; plus the fact that the Mondelez Name appears on every Cadburys product should be enough evidence even for the diehard deniers.

Impostors: Cadbury has admitted that its Creme Eggs are not what they used to be… No longer is the egg shell be made from delicious Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate. GUARDIAN QUOTE:
It will instead be made from disgusting, foul, vomit-inducing “standard cocoa mix chocolate”.
